Let’s be honest...
Most of us, as humans, are living our lives as Human~DOINGS, as opposed to Human BEINGS. We focus on what we are getting done, achieving goals, inadvertently focused on our past emotions, and our future. A small percentage focused on THE PRESENT MOMENT. Most, settle for a life of mediocrity settling for a mediocre level of love… settling for certain level of stability… experiencing a certain level of joy just to be comfortable (in what really is uncomfortable.) Yet we are really good at making it look good, only for so long, because that in itself is exhausting. 
The truth of this is that if there's any area of our life where we're not operating and coming from a place of love, it's impossible to receive love and be authentic about love.
The irony of this is that if we are living our lives in the past or worrying about the future we are recreating the same day everyday. Our feelings create our thoughts, our thoughts drive our emotions, our emotional state creates the end result of how you respond or react to circumstances and situations. The relationship we have cultivated with self, and in your beloved~ship. There's any area of our life where we're not operating at the highest level, it's impossible to be at OUR highest level.
That’s why 50% of marriages in the United States are struggling right now and are ending up in divorce. 78% of people in relationship are staying in the relationship unhappy, lonely, sad and dissatisfied. Those are staggering numbers.  And the simple fact of the matter is their current approach to building trust, learning how to effectively communicate and setting their vision as priority #1 is following the same patterns over and over without changing anything, ending up with the same disappointing, discouraging results.

We know this because in the 38 years we have been together we got to experience the ineffective ways that we communicated, trust within ourselves as individuals. It took a  conscious decision to dive into the depths of transformational work to  get to know ourselves as individuals so we could go from a co~dependent relationship and ease into an interdependent harmonistic,  relationship.

The example of what we had witnessed in relationship in the formative years of our lives, showed up in ourselves, later into our relationship and when our children became teen~agers BOY oh BOY did that put a big full view mirror in our face!

We knew it was time to make that conscious shift (and trust me we still didn't know what we were signing up for 😮) yet we got to learn how to surrender and trust in something that gave us hope, concepts, tools, support from experts, a new community of people to surround ourselves with who today have become our lifetime friends. Heaven only knows, Faith comes from what we can not see yet...
